The village of Mugu is near the border of Tibet. The village suffers from a poor and unpredictable water supply. We will purchase the land that a nearby mountain spring is on. Then build a reservoir to collect the spring water and then pipe the water down to a series of faucets at the road. This water will supply the local villagers and farmers with a consistent source of clean drinking water.
